Refund and cancellation terms for departmentpremiu

Policy Overview

Departmentpremiu is committed to student satisfaction with our language courses in Auckland, New Zealand. This Return Policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for course enrollments.

Cancellation Before Course Start

Students may cancel enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date and receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@departmentpremiu.world.

Cancellation After Course Start

For cancellations made after the course begins, departmentpremiu provides prorated refunds based on the number of classes attended. Refunds are calculated by subtracting completed class fees from the total course fee, minus the administrative fee.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during enrollment. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items

Course materials, textbooks, and digital resources provided by departmentpremiu are non-refundable once accessed or distributed. Administrative fees and placement test fees are also non-refundable.

Course Transfer Option

Instead of cancellation, students may transfer enrollment to a future course session within 6 months. One free transfer is permitted per enrollment. Additional transfers incur a $30 administrative fee.

Withdrawal Procedure

To withdraw from a course, submit written notice to departmentpremiu via email or in person at our Auckland location. Include your full name, course name, and enrollment date. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.

Special Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, departmentpremiu may consider exceptions to this policy. Submit documentation supporting your request for review by our administration team.

Course Cancellation by Departmentpremiu

If departmentpremiu cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, students receive a full refund including all fees, or may transfer to an alternative course at no additional cost.
