By accessing departmentpremiu services, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms govern your enrollment in our language courses in Auckland, New Zealand. If you disagree with any terms, please discontinue use of our services.
Departmentpremiu provides language education including classroom instruction, online learning materials, and supplementary resources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to enrolled students.
Course enrollment requires completed registration and payment of applicable fees. All fees must be paid according to agreed schedules. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of access to course materials until payment is received.
Students may cancel enrollment up to 7 days before course start for a full refund minus administrative fees. Later cancellations receive prorated refunds based on classes attended. See our Return Policy for details.
Students must maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and peers. Disruptive conduct may result in course removal without refund. Regular attendance and completion of assigned work are expected for optimal language learning outcomes.
All course materials provided by departmentpremiu are protected by copyright. Students receive limited license for personal educational use only. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Departmentpremiu provides quality language education but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific course.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes shall be resolved in Auckland courts. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of terms.
